VeriCool is a unique school attendance system, which verifyies a student's identity by reading their fingertip and confirming who they are. The entire process takes around 0.8 seconds per pupil and dramatically speeds up the entire school registration process.

Proven to reduce truancy, the VeriCool school attendance system removes the need for manual paper registration, thus decreasing the administrative burden on schools and allowing resources to be better spent elsewhere.

All biometric data is kept locally, with access only granted to administrators of the system, thus creating a highly secure database. In addition, the standalone aspect of the VeriCool system eliminates the chance of external access to the database.

Unauthorised absences are quickly identified by the VeriCool system, enabling the school's truancy officer or administrator to act on the information presented, for example, by contacting the parent by SMS, email or telephone.

Unlike other school attendance systems, VeriCool is compatible with the Capita ES Schools Information Management System (SIMS) ensures that the school does not have to replicate the input of any data, which can become a time consuming and arduous task.
